HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M ELIGIBLE FOR THESE SERVICES?
If you require support for 120 days, you are a great candidate for home care.
HOW OFTEN WILLI RECEIVE HELP?
A nurse will come to your home to assess all of your needs. You can also call our office and speak with our exceptional intake team to better understand the process.
CAN I CHOOSE MY HOME ATTENDANT?
Yes, you can hire your friends and family as your caregivers through the CDPAP Program.
WILL MY INSURANCE PAY FOR THESE SERVICES?
We accept suitable Medicaid plans. Our certified team will help you enroll in an eligible program free of charge. We also accept Long Term Insurance plans for Private Pay clients.
WHAT IS THE HOURLY RATE?
The salary per hour is $15 – $17 depends on the location.
WHAT DOES MY PA (CAREGIVER) NEED TO ENROLL?
I9, SS card, physical exam with lab copy.
CAN MY PA (CAREGIVER) HAVE ANOTHER JOB WHEN NOT CARING FOR ME?
Yes.
IF MY PA (CAREGIVER) IS RECEIVING MEDICAID; WILL THIS AFFECT HER/HIS ELIGIBILITY?
You’ll have to consult your local Social Services Office to determine eligibility
